Introduction

Our elders say that the sin and virtue will be chasing each and every living being on this earth. They say that these are the two things which would follow you after death. You will go to heaven if you do virtue. You will go to hell if you do sin. Our Shastras have been saying so. Not only in our Hindu legends in many cultures of the world, it was mentioned about heaven, hell, sin and virtue. To each and every living being on this earth, as soon as they born based on their birth, the custom rules of that life will be applicable to that living being. Our Vedas say that whoever forget their duties and do the things against the law, will go to hell.

In Garuda Purana, it was mentioned about this hell and the punishments which have been given there. According to this Garuda Purana, it was mentioned clearly about Lord Yama the ruler of Hell Yamapuri. According to the legends, it has been said that heaven is located above the earth and hell is located under the earth. This hell will be 86,000 Yojanas far from our earth it seems. It means "The hell is located nearly, 11180000 km far from the earth" it seems. They say that on the way to this hell, there will be 16 small cities of Yama. The soul travels for 348 days through these cities. And will reach the hell, it was mentioned in the Garuda Purana.

There are various doors on the earth to go to this hell. It was mentioned in legends of various countries along with Garuda Purana. In this modern period, going beyond the limits of morality, everyone is committing sins. If anyone says doing this is wrong, they are just squashing out them saying that there is nothing like heaven and hell, and they are just superstitions. Some people have been saying that the real doors to hell on the earth, it must be kept on a right path. A few archaeologists and historians are saying that really there are 5 gates to hell on this earth.

5 gates to hell on this earth

We said that hell is located under the earth. And on the earth, there are five gates to go to this hell. The first gateway among them is a huge Masaya volcano in Nicaragua. There is a big cave at this volcano. The depth of this cave remained a mystery even now. This cave was mentioned in many cultures as the gate to hell. Only the souls and the men of Yama who take those souls can cross this cave it seems. The alive people cannot go deep inside into this cave it seems.

The second gate is Ipala Volcano in Central America. This mountain is surrounded by Ipala lake. Seven caves can be seen if we go under that water it seems. In the books of many religions, it was written that this cave is the gate to hell.

The third one is located in Egypt which is one of the world's ancient civilization. There is an ancient cave named under what God Heads. It was written in the legends of Egypt that there will be the goddess of death in that cave. This cave is also called as the Cave of knives. The archaeologists were able to go only 10 km deep into this cave till now. There are no proofs that the people went beyond that came alive. The men under the Goddess of Death will come to the earth from this cave. And they will take away the souls of the expired people it seems. But there the historians have been saying that the normal person cannot see them.

The fourth one is in the forest Noorja. This forest is located in Japan. There is a cave inside. This cave is so terrible that a man cannot enter and it has a small entrance it seems. Along with the religion books of Japan, it was mentioned even in our Garuda Purana it seems.

The fifth gate to hell is Hekla volcano, located in the middle of Iceland in Atlantic ocean. In this place where the entire area is covered with snow which can even freeze our breath. There is a cave inside this volcano which is emitting over thousands of degrees heat. The ancient scripts have been saying that cave is the last gate to hell. Even though many saw this cave due to the disaster created by this volcano, no one dared to enter into that cave till now.

Along with the ancient legends, a few modern researchers are saying that these five gates are the gateways to hell.
